When we visited Njokomalomo Basic School in Barotseland / Western Province earlier this week, we looked around their boarding wing. Accomodation is necessary for nearly thirty of the children who walk long distances to this remote rural school. Nine children are housed in a mud and thatch hut with a diameter of less than three metres. Others are housed in tents as there are not enough huts.
