Team work! It was a big day at Linda Community School yesterday as the central part of the school was finally covered in dry gravel (essential for the rainy season) and the entrance road was resurfaced. This was the culmination of a co-operative project with Livingstone City Council following Her Worship the Mayor’s pledge to help us. We simply couldn’t have done it without the Council’s heavy machinery, including the delivery of sixteen lorry loads of gravel last month. Our thanks go to the Office of the Mayor, the City Engineer’s Department and to our friends at Sonskyn for their contribution towards fuelling the vehicles.
