Wonderful news from Holland! We’ve received these photos of a fundraising birthday party that took place in Deurne last weekend. Paul and Yvonne Fransen are celebrating their 60th birthdays this year as well as their 35th wedding anniversary. They decided to have a party and, rather than accept presents, asked guests to make a donation to Zambezi Sunrise Trust. They raised an amazing £1300.00 which will be spent on helping to construct the new classroom block at Linda Community School. Their son Wouter worked there as a volunteer teacher last year. Our huge thanks and congratulations go to them all. We also love the collection box!
