It was all happening in Linda today! The kids at our Linda Sunrise Pre-School were enjoying their new uniforms while outside our trustee John and teacher Moses began painting the boarding that went up over the weekend to protect the children from the onset of the rains. A few metres away some of the ladies of Tiyesa (’Let’s Try’) craft club were busy with their latest creations. Earlier John gave such assistance as he was able to our artistic volunteer Will at Linda Community School: the mural on the new classroom block is really taking shape. Other developments saw the purchase of a whiteboard for the new classroom (the school’s first ever) and, possibly, the discovery of a source of books and a meeting with potential donors. A busy day!
