Here’s two more aspects of what’s been happening at Linda Community School in the last couple of days. Grade 2 received their new bandanas (made by Ann Huntley and Florence Fawcett in England) with the assistance of volunteer teachers Julie Henry and Sophie Fitzpatrick – following on from Ann and Florence’s donation earlier in the year each class now has their own coloured bandana. The core staff, meanwhile, had an afternoon’s training with our trustees Joanne and John on the school’s new Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy. It was really good to see teachers from other schools, including Nekacheya, also attending.
