We’ve got some fantastic news for everyone who has been following the progress at Linda Community School. These are photos of new trenches being dug for……..a new kitchen! We are hugely grateful to Surbpa Singh and her family in America who have raised the funds to make this possible. Surbpa volunteered in Zambia in 2017 and 2018 at the same time as our trustees Joanne and John and has been hugely supportive. Things are really coming together at this school for 470 vulnerable children. The ablution block (toilets and shower) is completed. The first classroom is built and in use and work is underway to eventually extend it to a row of five rooms. Now a kitchen is being built. None of this happens by magic, however – it is as a result of the donations we receive. A huge thanks goes out to everyone who has donated.
