We were delighted to visit Stobhillgate First School in Morpeth, Northumberland today. It is Zambian Independence Day and our trustee John took the opportunity to talk to a school assembly about the story of the Zambian flag and what the different parts of it mean. He also read them a letter from a pupil at Linda Community School in Livingstone. Both prompted a great series of questions from children from all age groups. The day ended with Year 4 handing over letters and cards for children at Linda Community School which we hope to be able to deliver soon. Thank you Stobhillgate!
