We’d like to thank Bloxham School in Oxfordshire for the £478 we have received from a fundraising dinner the pupils of Crake House held in January. We are very grateful to everyone involved.
Our particular thanks go to Andy Hamilton who initiated the fundraiser and actually went in to the school to talk to the children about the work of Zambezi Sunrise. In 2018 Andy was the U.K.’s Deputy High Commissioner to Zambia and officially opened the first classroom and toilet block we built at Linda Community School: a day fondly remembered by everyone who was there. We are very grateful that on his return to the U.K. Andy remembered our work and organised the fundraiser with Bloxham.
