We’d like to thank the Durham branch of the Western Front Association for having our trustee John along last night to give a fundraising talk. His topic was the end of the First World War, which actually occurred in what is now Zambia, and what led up to it. Part of the talk focussed on local forces including the Northern Rhodesia Police, whose memorial in Livingstone is within walking distance of our projects. £136.17 was raised in donations, for which we are very grateful.
