Big thanks to everyone who donated to sponsor textbooks for Grade 11 at Linda Community School, and in particular Tynedale Lions Club for their grant of £1,000 towards this. The books have now arrived at school – it’s actually the holidays at the moment and we look forward to seeing the full class with their individual books in each subject. We continue to expand the school – this is the first Grade 11 the school has ever had and, together with building them a classroom, we’re delighted to be able to provide these essential books.
