This morning saw a visit to Livingstone General Hospital by our trustees Joanne and John, together with volunteers Diaz Jaquet and Anja Stoop from Holland and Alex Clarkson from Australia. They visited the maternity and paediatric wards and distributed approximately 200 hand made jumpers, hats and toys for babies and infants (one was only two hours old!). Huge thanks goes to those who made them: Ann Huntley and her ‘Knit and Natter’ group, Wessington U3A, Florence Fawcett, Margaret Buchanan and Josie Hind. Thank you ladies: you made a lot of people very happy today! We are not posting publicly photos of these children.
