On Friday children from Linda Community School walked (and ran!) about four kilometres in the hope that people might donate enough to buy a book. A textbook costs about $5, €5 or £4 in Zambia. Donations can be made at www.mydonate.bt.com/events/lindasponsoredwalk or through any donation button on the website. 100% of donations will go towards buying books that can be stored in their newly constructed library room.
