The Linda Sunrise homework club now has electricity and a wall to stop the ground turning to a mud bath!  The children were thrilled and it now means homework club can run year round.
Last Saturday saw the Linda Sunrise homework club trip to the Victoria Falls. Many of the children had not seen the falls before, even though they only live a ten minute drive away. The entrance charge for a child is about 60 American cents.
Anticipating 20 or so, to our amazement an 18 seat van turned up with 44 people in it! Everyone had a great time, getting thoroughly soaked – and chased by baboons! The popularity of Linda Sunrise seems to be growing! Our thanks go to Brian Long, an American IVHQ volunteer, who helped us with the outing.
