One of the features of yesterday’s classroom opening at Linda Community School was the first visit to the school by Her Worship the Mayor of Livingstone, Constance Muleabai. As well as visiting the children and staff, she was able to meet the donor, Sandra Mulier of our partners Sonskyn in Belgium. We were delighted to hear from the Mayor of her support for the further allocation of land to the school for a playing field, as well as the provision of gravel and equipment to help deal with the wetter parts of the site. A memorable day!
