Meet Grade 9 at Linda Community School in Livingstone. Before Zambezi Sunrise Trust became involved with the school, it only went up to Grade 7 (the end of primary school in Zambia). Through no fault of their own, some of the children were not able to go on to secondary school, no matter how academically able they were. The solution? Expand the school to a secondary school so they can continue. They are pictured in front of the latest classroom block being built. Last year they were the first ever Grade 8.
