It was a busy week last week as work neared completion on a storage unit at Linda Community School. The unit will provide secure storage for food for the school feeding programme which uses our adjacent cooking shelter, building materials as we soon begin work on another three classroom block, and other school materials. This is the third project we have completed this year that were begun by others but ran into Covid related funding difficulties. The others were an ablution block at Nekacheya School and a classroom block at Dream Elementary School. Each of these projects will make a real difference to the schools involved. Taken together with the completion of our latest two classroom block at Linda Community School, it has been a busy first half of the year!
