Thanks to Jake Jones and Reval Floor Coverings of Utah, U.S.A. as work continues on new classroom block

As the foundation trenches are being dug and filled at our new three classroom block at Linda Community School, it’s a great time to give a shout out to Jake Jones and Reval Floor Coverings in Utah, U.S.A, who have funded the Grade 10 classroom. Three years ago Jake was volunteering in Zambia through Dream Livingstone and visited Homework Club, as well as seeing our building project at Linda Community School. He got in touch about funding a classroom with periodic donations and now, after delays because of Covid, we’re delighted to say that classroom is being built! We look forward to Jake being able to visit Zambia to see the completed classroom in use (and finally meeting him!). In the meantime he and Reval Floor Coverings have our thanks on behalf of the thousands of children who will use the classroom over time.
