Day 1, part 1.
It’s been a busy first day for our trustees’ visit to Zambia (despite it being a public holiday!). The day began with meeting the contractor to inspect the recent building work at Linda Community School. The school is really expanding – a far cry from the overgrown wasteland when we began this development project. It’s looking good, getting ready for the start of term next week. Classrooms today were being used for adult education classes.
Please note: when trustees or our volunteers visit Zambia they do so entirely at their own expense. No charity funds or donations are used to subsidise them.
