It was great to help facilitate a video link up this morning between Cramlington Village Primary School in England and Linda Community School in Livingstone, Zambia. The schools exchanged some great questions in advance and provided answers to each other. It was also an opportunity to thank Cramlington for the fundraiser they held on World Book Day last month. Their ‘book swop’ raised £74.65 which will purchase reading books for the children at Linda – news which was very well received. The schools have had a relationship for nearly five years, including exchanges of letters between the children.
