What a great morning! Today at Nekacheya School we had two great video link ups with Shotley Bridge Primary School in County Durham, England. We set up a twinning between these schools five years ago and it is wonderful that it is still going strong. The children exchanged questions in advance and took turns asking and answering them – there were some great questions and answers! There were separate video link ups with both of Shotley Bridge’s sites. A feature was the Shotley Bridge pupils seeing letters from their school that our trustees recently brought to Nekacheya – replies will go back with them. There was even singing by both schools!
This was the first in a series of video link ups we have organised between schools in Zambia and the U.K.
