It’s up!
A massive thanks goes to everyone who did the WALK FOR WATER in April, or supported those who did. They enabled this to happen. Less than three months later the water tower at Linda Community School is built, with a submersible pump providing water from the bore hole to the 5,000 litre tank. This is connected to both the toilet blocks that we have built, and will also provide water for drinking, cooking, construction and the vegetable garden at the school. The school is no longer dependent on the unreliable mains supply, which also saves money. Thank you to everyone who supported this!
