All donations are special, but here’s one that has really touched us. Mariah and Alex Kreissle got married in Vermont, U.S.A., earlier this month and decided to make a donation from their wedding funds to Zambezi Sunrise. Mariah and Alex volunteered in Zambia a couple of years ago with IVHQ and helped us with a number of things, including at Homework Club in Linda compound. Memorably, Alex also played on the ‘Blessings’ album we produced by local resident and blind guitarist Clement who has had children and grandchildren at Linda Community School. It is fitting, therefore, that their donation will go towards the construction of desks for the school. Massive thanks guys – and huge congratulations!
