We’ve received these photos yesterday of another great bit of progress at Linda Community School. Earlier this year we opened the first classroom we built there (the first real classroom the school has ever had). It is in fact the first room of a proposed block of five rooms. Yesterday children joined headteacher Cathy in preparing the ground to begin the construction of the foundations and ‘pad’ for the rest of the block. Builder Harry wore special Lozi attire to mark the occasion. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters there is now funding in place for the next two rooms. We are now actively fundraising to complete the final two rooms – if you would like to help us donations can be made through the website.
