Work began today on our next two classroom block at Linda Community School in Livingstone! The building was marked out, and children from Grades 8 and 9 ceremonially broke the first ground. This marks the physical expansion of the school to include secondary school facilities. We are very grateful to our friends at Sonskyn in Belgium whose donation will fund one of the classrooms. The other classroom is being funded by a contribution from Make Kids Happy in Germany, together with the donations to our ‘Classroom For Christmas’ fundraiser last December. Our huge thanks go to everyone who has contributed and directly helped ensure these kids get a secondary education. These will be the 8th and 9th classrooms we have built at Linda Community School.
